1. A one-off, ‘in perpetuity’ licence. A single one off payment,
which entitles the user to use the purchased version of the software
indefinitely. If required, Technical Support and Software Maintenance
is available on an annual basis.
2. The Rental licence. An initial license registration is
requested, followed by a small monthly payment. The initial registration
fee includes the first 30 days support. The monthly fee includes
Technical Support and Software Maintenance, as well as the licence for
continued use.
*All prices stated exclude Vat that will be charged at the prevailing
rates.
Technical Support: Bluestone Computing provide technical assistance by phone
or email between 9 am and 5 pm GMT (BST if appropriate). Calls to the
technical support desk do NOT attract Premium Rate charges.
Software Maintenance: Bluestone Computing undertake to provide product
upgrades, patches, bug fixes and maintenance releases without additional
cost to the end user. Software products released as major add-on modules
are deemed not to be within the scope of this contract
