Cellar Master Software Licensing Options

Two options exist for Single-User Licences:

1. A one-off, ‘in perpetuity’ licence. A single fee of £1200* £600 is charged, which entitles the user to use the purchased version of the software indefinitely. If required, Technical Support and Software Maintenance only are available on a contract basis for £240* per annum. This support contract does not include product upgrades.

2. The Rental licence. An initial license registration of £299* is payable, followed by monthly payments of £20*. The initial registration fee includes the first 30 days support. The monthly fee includes Technical Support and Software Maintenance, as well as the licence for continued use.

*All prices stated exclude Vat that will be charged at the prevailing rates.

Technical Support: Code Computing provide technical assistance by phone or email between 9am and 5pm GMT (BST if appropriate). Calls to the technical support desk do NOT attract Premium Rate charges.

Software Maintenance: Code Computing undertake to provide product upgrades, patches, bug fixes and maintenance releases without additional cost to the end user. Software products released as major add-on modules are deemed not to be within the scope of this contract
