A Popular Low Cost "software as a service" Option


Software as a Service / Rental licences start with a low initial license registration followed by low monthly payments. The initial registration fee includes the first 30 days support. The monthly fee includes Technical Support and Software Maintenance, as well as the licence for continued use.

Upgrade to a Full Licence
In some schemes there is no upgrade / buyout option and the monthly fees can be high. This is certainly not the case with Cellar Master were the monthly fees are the same price as optional support and you can always select to upgrade to the full licence version simply by paying the difference between the two and a small administration fee (currently £20 plus Vat) .

We offer Multi-site licence options for Chains / Groups

Stock Taking Business
We have a dedicated package for Stock Counting organisations and our special offer currently includes free training.

National Installation and Training
We offer a national, comprehensive "get you up and running" service that is a favourite with our Hotel customers. This includes software installation, product inputting, system configuration and then full operational training.

Technical Support
Cellar Master provide technical assistance by phone or email between 9 am and 5 pm GMT (BST if appropriate). Calls to the technical support desk DO NOT attract Premium Rate charges.
